We loved staying here! It was nice to be only steps away from the beach. Great location - everything we needed was only a 5 minute drive. Bed was comfy.

Great place! Enjoyed the view and the place was very clean. Only two issues: master bedroom was not cold enough and the ceiling fan was noisy. It also needs an ironing board.

The property was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the Gulf. I especially love the location. It is away from the public beach but still close enough to the restaurants and activities. I am excited to book my next stay! I only wish we would have stayed longer.

We had the best stay!! The easy and quick access to the beach was wonderful!! Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the evening and listening to the waves. We will definitely be returning for another stay with the property!!

I can’t say anything negative about my stay. The condo was clean, looked exactly as the pictures showed and the beach was perfect! Loved my stay and would definitely stay again or recommend to family and friends

Stayed in K2. While overall we love this property i only have 2 complaints. Minor but I'm an honest person. The pillows on the bed need replaced... They are stained kinda yellow(I assume sweat stains). My other complaint is the Netflix/ apps seemed to be locked to someone's account with no way to log in our own account. Luckily we brought a game system and could log in from that. Overall minor complaints that don't really take away from the overall experience. I'm actually hoping to be able to purchase one of these condo's at a later time. The very short walk to the beach, the view from the balcony, just all around perfect place to vacation.

Overall, this was a nice little condo for our family! The closest we've ever stayed to the beach, just steps across the courtyard and over the walkway! Also budget friendly! Thankful for memories made and time spent together here!

My wife and I enjoyed our week in this unit. It was comfortable and provide a great place to relax in the evening when we were finally ready to come in from the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing and there were multiple mornings where you could see dolphin swimming about 60 yards off the shore. If I had one thing that I would say is a slight negative, is that you have to go up 2 1/2 large flights of stairs to get to the unit. It wasn't a huge issue for use, but could be for those who may be older or have a disability. Other than that it is a great property and we would be happy to stay here again.

Great, clean place to stay with an awesome view from the balcony. Being that close to the water was very convenient, and there is also a nice place to rinse off when leaving the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Close proximity to the beach, comfy bed and linens. We loved that it was a bit away from the hustle & bustle but not too far. The property was perfect for a family, and stayed blissfully quiet. We are wanting to come back and stay! The only change I would make, which is not Pensacola Properties but the condo management, is to invest in really nice and sturdy pool furniture. Look forward to our next stay!

Thank you so much! I had a wonderful time with my family! The property is so clean and looks friendly to us. We had an ocean view, kitchen is very clean, AC is so good, the bathroom's water is strong enough for taking shower!, the laundry and dryer machine ran very well. This property just few steps to the beach. In other words, we had a wonderful vacation, feel like our own home and cozy. If next time we have another plan to the beach, your property is our first priority and we will come back again!! Oh one thing I forgot to tell that, during the time we stay, every time we need something. We sent a message then you responded to us just right away!

My husband and I booked this for a getaway weekend just the two of us and it was absolutely perfect! The location was great! Just a short drive to the heart of PCB but far enough to be away from the traffic and crowds. The condo was clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. It was a very short walk to the beach from the front door. We will definitely be staying again!
