First time booking with Pensacola Beach Properties and they did disappoint! They were very proactive and listed everything accurately. The view was perfect. The place was very clean and quiet. We have stayed at Santa Rosa dunes several times and it never disappoints. The particular place was very clean it has a beautiful view of the sound. We always enjoy the large pool and tennis courts. Great location close to everything. . Great communication with property management

My husband and I rented this unit out for an early wedding anniversary. We really loved it because it was very clean, the staff was helpful with gtting us checked in. The thing I really liked about it was the fact that you could wake up in the morning and enjoy the view of the Dolphins!! I would choose to stay at this unit again if available!

The condo was very nice, clean and in a great location. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. This was our first time staying on the bayside and the location did not disappoint. Everything in the condo was exactly how described in the listing. This is our second time staying with Pensacola Beach Properties and they will continue to be our go-to for future stays in Pensacola Beach. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We loved our stay here. The view to the bay is probably the best part about this place. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. If you have kids on a stroller, the elevator in the building is a HUGE win. We noticed that as long as we closed all of the windows the place stayed cool. They also had a tower fan if you need the extra breeze in the room. The location of the building is couple mins drive to the national park, which we loved because the beaches there are less crowded, but also loved that we had the option to just walk across the street to be at the public beach. We definitely will stay at this place again when we come back next year.

Wonderful place to stay. The suite was beautiful, looks exactly like the photos and even better in person. Great view of the ocean,and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool was right across where we were staying.Great location, store and restaurants so close you could walk too. 100% recommend, and definitely will be using again next year for our trip.
